PREVENTION Platform

Building on the Perspective Study, this study focused on supporting women with e-health tools during the breast cancer genetic testing and follow-up process. In collaboration with Dr. Jacques Simard and international colleagues, Dr. Loiselle’s research lab developed and tested an interactive platform that allowed women to follow screening recommendations, access information, track appointments, and utilize additional person-centered services. The platform's quality was highly rated, with participants mostly interested in content related to understanding breast cancer risk, screening, follow-up, and how their lifestyle affected their risk.
