Justine Albert

Justine Albert completed her undergraduate degree at Western University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology. She has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Oncology from McGill University with a specialization in Psycho-Oncology and Palliative Care. Justine is currently an M.Sc. candidate in Experimental Medicine at McGill University. Her research focuses on the experiences of English-speaking informal caregivers in Quebec of patients who have undergone palliative sedation until death or medical assistance in dying. The project aims to highlight the burden and barriers anglophone caregivers in Quebec may experience when supporting a patient at the end of life. Justine is appreciative for the opportunity to conduct her project in collaboration with the other incredible researchers at the Loiselle Lab.
